How do I Reheat Meals?
Our Meal are prepared and portioned in microwave-safe container containers. For best results, reheat for 2 minutes with the lid slightly open.

Is there a subscription commitment?
Feel free to order as needed. We also offer convenient subscription plans that you can pause or cancel anytime.

Do you cater to food allergies?
Yes, we offer meal customization to help you avoid allergens. However, please note that we cannot guarantee our meals are prepared in an allergern-free environment.

Can we Sub Brown for White rice?
We choose brown over white rice because it retains its bran and germ, offering more fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which contribute to better digestion, heart health, and blood sugar regulation. Additionally brown rice has lower glycemic index and more antioxidants. However, we can substitute white rice upon request for any order!
